What is Double-double?
A double-double is a game in which a player reaches ten or more in two of these five categories: points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks.
Example
12 points and 11 rebounds is a double-double. 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists is a triple-double.
Why it matters in a league
It is a simple milestone that leagues celebrate on their leader boards, and it is easy to count from a box score.
